Thank you for joining Wdidi. 
We're excited to support you in delivering e-learning modules that will help your personnel to reduce workplace risk and cost while also embedding the behaviours you want to see.  

Please follow the steps below to onboard your colleagues.

Step 1 - Download onboarding template

Click the button below to download our simple Excel template. There are only three columns to complete. 

Step 2 - Complete the template

We need to know the following information about each individual who is going to have access to the platform:
  • Username:
    This will be their First and Last Names separated by a space e.g. John Johnson. 
  • Email:
    The work email address of the individual e.g. john.johnson@email.com
  • The level of access you want them to have:
    There are three levels - Employee, Manager and Tribunal series.
    Just select the relevant access level from the drop-down list.

What does each level mean?

The table below shows which courses align to each access level. You are free to allocate them however you wish.

Note: 
- If you select the 'Employee' level, you auto-include the modules described in that category below.
- If you select the 'Manager' level you auto-include 'Manager' and 'Employee' level modules. 
- If you select 'Tribunal Series' you auto-include all 3 levels. 

Employee

Manager

  • Office Party Dos and Don'ts        (Manager Edition only)
  • Office Party Dos and Don'ts (HR / Organiser Edition)
  • Workplace Investigation Series
    (4 Courses - Preparations, Conducting, the Report, Tricky Questions))
  • Managing HR Risk (4 Courses -  Suspension, A Disciplinary Process, Absence: Stress and Anxiety, Neurodiversity)

Tribunal Series

  • Preparing for a Case Management Hearing
  • Managing a Disclosure Exercise
  • Preparing and Agreeing a Bundle of Documents
  • Preparing a Witness Statement
  • Giving Evidence in an Employment Tribunal
  • Preparing and Agreeing the Chronology of Events
  • Preparing and Agreeing the Cast List
  • Conducting a Cross-Examination
  • Preparing and Delivering Final Submissions
  • Preparing  a Schedule of Loss/A Counter Schedule
