Choose from 2 Programmes: Comprehensive or Foundation
Our Comprehensive Programme delivers in-depth understanding of bullying & harassment at the Bar.
Our Foundation Programme delivers the essential knowledge in just 30 minutes.
Barristers and pupils are self-employed and regulated directly by the BSB, with different professional consequences for misconduct findings than employees and workers - which is why Wdidi runs separate, role specific programmes for each, rather than one course for both.
Training Aligned With the Harman Review - Learners Will Recognise:
- The behaviour that may constitute bullying, harassment or sexual harassment
- When “banter” crosses the line
- That conduct at work-related social events matters just as much
- The new "reasonable suspicion" duty to report and what happens if you don't
- Exemptions for victims and their confidants from the duty to report
- When and how to raise concerns about professional clients or members of other chambers.
- How third-party harassment applies and what chambers must now do about it
- The changed reporting rules
