A personal message from our Founder,
"I wish I had had these courses when I was Group Head of People & Compliance for major international aerospace companies."

Every Wdidi course is precisely what organisations should be delivering - focused, engaging, pragmatic and not too long!
They focus on what to do, when and how. They also explain what NOT to do and clearly outline the consequences for non-compliance. All of which is great for reducing employee and organisational risk.

There are individual courses for Employees, such as WhatsApp Can Get You Fired! and for Managers such as Managing Suspension. There are clusters of courses too, such as the 'Calling Out ...' Series (for racism, bullying, misogyny and homophobia); and a Series on Managing Employment Tribunals.
We have focussed on the trickiest people issues managers have to deal with - such as Managing Neurodiversity, Managing Menopause and Managing Long Term Absence.

Our Workplace Investigations Series is also really popular - it prevents claims and upskills managers at the same time.
Our courses say what employers need to say to their personnel. So they guide, protect and upskill.
We've put our all into these courses, so we really hope you love them as much as we do!
