What Do I Do If ...?

Every manager has asked this.   A grievance lands.  A WhatsApp message causes upset. "Banter" gets out of hand. A sick note arrives citing stress and anxiety.

Wdidi exists to answer that question and to help you deal with the situation before it becomes a Tribunal claim.

What is Wdidi?

What Do I Do If? (Wdidi for short) turns the questions managers ask into short, practical online courses built for today's regulated workplace.

Every course is packed with expert pointers and clear recommendations: what to do, when, how, and just as importantly what not to do and what it costs when it goes wrong. Learners leave knowing what to do, not just what the rules say.  The result is a fairer organisation, fewer grievances and claims, and a culture where people feel safe, valued and protected. Each module is designed to pay for itself many times over.

All courses are fully online and work as well on a phone or tablet as at a desk, so your people can learn wherever they are.

What we cover

For employees, there are courses such as WhatsApp Can Get You Fired! and Office Party Dos & Don'ts.

For managers, there are courses such as Managing Suspension and Managing a Disciplinary Procedure. We've deliberately focused on the people issues managers find hardest, including Managing Neurodiversity, Managing Menopause and Managing Long-Term Absence.

Our Workplace Investigations series is one of our most popular, because it prevents claims and upskills managers at the same time.

For everyone, our Calling-Out training courses tackle Racism, Bullying, Misogyny and Homophobia head on.

And if things do escalate, our Managing Employment Tribunals series takes managers and witnesses through the process step by step.

A personal message from our Founder:

"These are the courses I wanted for my clients when I was an employment lawyer, and the courses I wanted for my workers when I was a Group Head of People. Nobody made them, so I did.

I spent thirty years watching the same avoidable situations turn into expensive, exhausting disputes, almost always because a manager didn't know what to do in the moment or an employee hadn't been given clear behavioural messaging.

Wdidi is my answer to that. Focused, engaging, pragmatic, and not too long.  We've put our all into these courses. I hope you love them as much as we do."
