What Do I Do If? or Wdidi, for short, is a latest-generation online digital training resource, crafted by experts who know precisely what organisations and their Managers need.

They are precisely what we and our employees needed - focused, engaging, pragmatic and not too long! They focus on what to do, when and how. 

Additionally, they also explain what not to do and clearly outline the consequences for non-compliance.  All of which is great for reducing employee and organisational risk.
There are individual courses for Employees, such as WhatsApp Can Get You Fired!, and for Managers, and a Series of cluster courses, such as the 'Calling Out ...' Series for racism, bullying, misogyny and homophobia; a Workplace Investigations Series; and a Series on Managing Employment Tribunal claims. We are also developing a suite of People Management courses for Managers.  
We started with Managing Workplace Investigations (now a Series in its own right) and added Managing Stress & Anxiety Absence - a big-ticket risk area, and then Managing Suspension (it's incredible how often this is poorly handled). Up next will be Managing Menopause and Managing Neurodiversity. I think these courses are brilliant and hope you do as well!

About Julia Gidney

Julia is uniquely placed to guide Wdidi's expert training delivery.   

Initially a leading UK employment law Partner at top UK law firms for 15 years, Julia was then Head of People and Compliance at two major international Aerospace Groups of companies for the next 15 years, before turning to complex workplace investigations work through her business Independent Reports Limited.  Julia created Wdidi to demystify, simplify and bring well-informed practical common sense solutions to the tricky, costly problems encountered by employers and employees every day.

She remains on the Solicitor’s Roll of England & Wales as a non-Practising Solicitor.
