How do I purchase a course?
To purchase a course for yourself or another individual, simply browse our course catalogue, select the course you’re interested in, and click “Enroll” You’ll be guided through the checkout process. Once your payment is complete, you’ll have immediate access to the course!
You can repeat this process if you want to buy more than one course or contact us for direct invoicing. You can also buy a whole series of courses as a "Bundle". This is currently only available for the Tribunal topics.

Can I buy a course for multiple users?
Yes! If you're interested in purchasing group licenses for a team or multiple users, we offer flexible options to suit different group sizes. Please complete our group pricing form for a customised quote. You can use this form to request specific courses and series, or to request bulk pricing options.
What’s included with a group license?
A group license includes access to the selected course(s) for each user on your team. Each participant will have their own account and can complete the course at their own pace. Managers or team leads can also request progress tracking for all team members enrolled.
Do you offer discounts for bulk course purchases?
Yes, we offer discounts for group licenses and bulk course purchases. Contact our team to discuss your needs, and we’ll provide you with a customised quote based on the size of your group.
How long will I have access to a course after purchasing it?
Once you’ve enrolled in a course, you’ll have access to it for 3 months in most cases. This allows you to revisit the material as often as you like within the access period. For custom orders we can extend this as required.
Can I transfer my course to another person?
Individual courses are non-transferable. However, if you purchased a group license and need to reassign a seat, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Do I receive a certificate after completing a course?
Yes! Upon successfully completing a course, you’ll receive a certificate of completion. This certificate can be downloaded from your account dashboard and is a great way to showcase your new skills.
How do I track my team’s progress if I purchase a group license?
For group licenses, we can provide progress tracking to help you monitor your team’s engagement and completion rates. Contact our support team, and they’ll discuss the options with you.
